What you will do

• Deliver world-class product design for complex SaaS products using insights-driven approaches.
• Drive seamless cross-product experiences to benefit multiple user groups across the ecosystem.
• Lead UX activities throughout the product lifecycle in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Conduct UX research and define success metrics to measure and optimize design impact.
• Foster collaboration through clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and coach designers to increase team maturity and improve overall design practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end user-centred design processes from research to delivery.
• Expertise in UX methodologies: journey mapping, prototyping, testing, and analytics.
• Experience designing for responsive web and iOS platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all business levels.
• Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand is required
