What you will do
- Deliver world-class product design for complex SaaS products using insights-driven approaches.
- Drive seamless cross-product experiences to benefit multiple user groups across the ecosystem.
- Lead UX activities throughout the product lifecycle in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Conduct UX research and define success metrics to measure and optimize design impact.
- Foster collaboration through clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Mentor and coach designers to increase team maturity and improve overall design practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS product design with a strong portfolio.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end user-centred design processes from research to delivery.
- Expertise in UX methodologies: journey mapping, prototyping, testing, and analytics.
- Experience designing for responsive web and iOS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all business levels.
- Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand is required
