What you will do

• Manage and continuously improve Health, Safety, Fire Prevention, and Environmental Management Systems.
• Monitor and inspect the implementation of occupational health, safety, and accident prevention measures.
• Identify environmental gaps, prepare analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan, organize, and deliver EHS training sessions for employees.
• Implement security measures, including access control, surveillance systems, and evacuation drills.
• Coordinate with external authorities as the main contact person for security-related topics.

Requirements

• University degree in EHS or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an EHS-related role.
• Good knowledge of Tunisian legal requirements related to public access buildings.
• Initial training in fire prevention.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
