What you will do

• Assemble, package, and inspect medical devices according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or remanufacture products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Follow established procedures and regulatory policies to meet Quality Policy requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills for intricate hand assembly.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule (3rd shift).

Nice to have

• Prior manufacturing experience involving intricate hand assembly.
• Applicable industry or professional certifications.
• Experience using lean tools to improve quality and processes.
