What you will do

• Build and validate a comprehensive developability assessment panel using DSF, SEC, HIC, AC-SINS, and DLS.
• Productize the assessment panel into a high-throughput service for antibody campaigns.
• Partner with lab automation engineers to scale assays for reproducibility and speed.
• Collaborate with software and ML teams to structure data for computational predictions.
• Interpret experimental results to advise customers on liabilities and engineering strategies.
• Establish the scientific standards for trusted developability reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lausanne, Switzerland
• Deep, hands-on experience assessing antibody developability and triaging real campaigns.
• Applied industry experience in antibody discovery, engineering, or development.
• Strong understanding of the link between early biophysical signals and downstream manufacturability.
• Proven ability to build and productize new capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate interdisciplinary with automation and ML engineers.
