Location: Remote or Office in Ukraine

What you will do
- Implement custom services, applications, and device management features.
- Develop unique features to differentiate the product from competitors.
- Ensure software quality, performance, and security through rigorous engineering.
- Review code, drive refactoring, and maintain development standards.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and mentor other engineers.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Android development.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and WebRTC.
- Experience with Chromium or WebView customization.
- Knowledge of AIDL, JNI, and Android Services.
- Strong experience with Android SDK, threading models (Coroutines, RxJava), and performance tuning.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for daily communication.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with C++.
- Experience modifying Android Open Source Project (AOSP) source code.
