What you will do
- Define and execute the Sales Academy strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Oversee the design and delivery of training programs covering products, sales skills, and systems.
- Measure training effectiveness and impact on sales performance through KPIs and dashboards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Academy team.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to ensure sales readiness.
- Manage project execution, budgets, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or HR.
- 7–10 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Capability Development.
- Strong background in Sales & Distribution, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and large-scale training programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
