What you will do

  • Lead the live delivery of SkeleTRACK and SMART systems for NHL and WHL games.
  • Manage and provide feedback to a team of operators in the ops room.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure flawless operational delivery.
  • Liaise with league staff, onsite technicians, and internal stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
  • Lead training sessions and oversee pre-game system checks.
  • Perform data investigations and manage comprehensive end-of-day reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA for on-site work.
  • Schedule flexibility, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support and installations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, live sporting environments.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of production or technical experience in a branded organization.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience with coaching abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS and cloud computing.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp and Google Office suite (Sheets, Looker, AppScript).
  • Experience in hardware QA or live sports technology delivery.
