What you will do

  • Implement and configure MPower Proactive AI Agents from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to build automated customer journeys via internal tools and APIs.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into technical automated solutions on the SaaS platform.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for implemented AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
  • Write and debug JavaScript code to support custom logic and integrations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in professional services, software implementation, or technical support.
  • Solid proficiency in SQL and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with APIs for integration in SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow implementation best practices.
  • Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
