What you will do

• Own the creative vision and execution quality across multiple projects, from concept to final delivery.
• Translate client briefs into clear creative direction using pitch decks, mood boards, and storyboards.
• Direct CGI teams on composition, lighting, materials, camera, and overall look & feel.
• Perform creative QA, reviewing renders and animations to ensure visual consistency and realism.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align creative ambition with scope and production timelines.
• Lead and inspire international teams of experienced CGI artists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an art direction role, ideally within CGI or agency environments.
• Strong background in CGI art direction, including 3D pipelines, virtual production, and digital lighting.
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and maintain high quality under tight timelines.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and realism, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Confidence in presenting and defending creative decisions to brands and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required.
