What you will do

• Lead the architecture, maintenance, and development of cloud-native data ingest and aggregation processes.
• Drive the delivery of product features to detect market manipulation, fraud, and behavioral patterning.
• Scale high-performance AWS services handling thousands of requests per second.
• Lead modernization efforts toward a streaming architecture and establish technical best practices.
• Own and drive the direction of the graphing platform for visualizing blockchain insights.
• Mentor and grow engineers across the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working directly on complex backend and/or frontend systems.
• Proven experience leading the design and implementation of cloud-native services in AWS or GCP.
• Deep experience with object-oriented programming languages, specifically Java and TypeScript.
• Strong track record of mentoring engineers and driving cross-team technical decisions.
• Experience impactfully integrating AI into customer-facing products or engineering infrastructure.
• Ability to align technical execution with product and design partners with a bias to ship.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-friendly and AI-driven systems.
• Exposure to or interest in the cryptocurrency technology ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Terraform and Kubernetes.
