What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of HSE professionals to foster a culture of safety excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to maintain updated compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE/EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Excellent command of English (written and oral).
• Proven leadership and people management skills in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with extreme attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Industrial Safety Diploma or NEBOSH International Diploma.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CMIOSH, or CRSP.
• Certified Auditor status for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of Arabic.
