What you will do

• Serve as the onsite operational lead for a healthcare program supporting U.S. government personnel in Iraq.
• Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage workforce operations including scheduling, timekeeping, travel coordination, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with program leadership to resolve operational challenges and maintain alignment with quality standards.
• Promote adherence to established SOPs, operational policies, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and support audit readiness and continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, leadership, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership or healthcare operations experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it upon hire.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency with a valid passport.
• Ability to relocate to Iraq and meet program physical readiness requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting healthcare services within military, government, or operationally complex international environments.
• Experience serving as a liaison between healthcare teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
