What you will do

• Implement field projects and participate in the development of the Field Programme.
• Identify and formulate new projects and liaise with local donor representatives.
• Provide technical and operational support for the programme and project activities of the hirify.global Representation.
• Assist government authorities and local, national, and international institutions in hirify.global's areas of activity.
• Represent hirify.global at inter-agency meetings as required.

Requirements

• Must be a national of Sao Tome.
• Relevant experience in programme and project development and management.
• Strong results focus and ability to deliver outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of local conditions, culture, language, and institutions of Sao Tome and Principe.
