What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design of satellite operations, including system architecture, schedules, and product requirements.
• Develop comprehensive operational concepts, plans, procedures, and rules based on mission design.
• Define operational requirements for both satellite and ground systems in collaboration with the Ground Segment team.
• Design and develop internal tools to support operations planning, preparation, and execution.
• Coordinate with system engineers, customers, and external subcontractors as the primary operations interface.
• Organize, mentor, and lead the mission operations team while establishing scalable best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of practical experience in satellite or spacecraft operations or development.
• Technical expertise in spacecraft design, launch, on-orbit operations, and guidance, navigation and control (GNC).
• Experience creating operational handbooks, plans, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying large-scale infrastructure.
