TL;DR

Screening Graduate (AML): Reviewing and investigating sanctions, PEPs, adverse media, and internal lists while performing real-time and retrospective rules-based monitoring of client transactions with an accent on alert processing, RFI handling, and timely escalation. Focus on maintaining compliance with internal policies and delivering target-driven operational work under strict time frames.

Location: León (Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week)

What you will do

  • Review and investigate matches against sanctions, PEPs, adverse media, and internal lists; process outcomes as appropriate.
  • Conduct real-time and retrospective rules-based monitoring on client transactions and process alerts.
  • Respond to Requests For Information (RFIs) on transactions from banking partners.
  • Answer queries from internal departments and communicate task status to colleagues, supervisors, and managers.
  • Complete allocated tasks accurately and on time, escalating problems swiftly when needed.
  • Follow internal policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Diligence and strong attention to detail with an analytic mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames in a target-driven operational environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and cooperative working style.
  • Motivation to learn and adapt to changing products, processes, and procedures.
