What you will do

• Lead detailed mechanical inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Act as the primary on-site technical authority for mechanical matters and customer-facing operations.
• Mentor and develop field service teams in best practices and safe working methods.
• Coordinate work execution with project managers, account managers, and technical services.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnosis, and maintenance on grate and combustion equipment.

Requirements

• Higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Mid-to-senior level experience in mechanical maintenance, field service, or operations within industrial facilities.
• Proven experience in hands-on mechanical inspection, troubleshooting, and outage management.
• Familiarity with grates and grate technology.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Willingness to travel regularly for plant outages (approx. 2-3 weeks per month during outage periods).
