What you will do

• Design and enhance endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Lead and optimize Windows Autopilot onboarding and device lifecycle processes from deployment through retirement.
• Drive patch management strategies via Windows Autopatch and update ring configurations.
• Support and develop Windows 365 Cloud PC environments to ensure a consistent user experience.
• Collaborate with Security and Identity teams to implement Zero Trust initiatives, including BitLocker and Conditional Access.
• Automate operational processes and maintain technical documentation using ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise environments with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and modern device management concepts.
• Ability to support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices at scale.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both remote and physical hardware issues.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Vienna, Austria.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or Ansible.
• Exposure to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix DaaS, or Nexthink.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
