What you will do
- Ensure software runs smoothly on all products to increase availability and uptime.
- Perform software actions including installations and upgrades on lithography machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues on-site.
- Develop structural solutions to software problems from a service organization perspective.
- Collaborate with development and engineering departments for continuous improvement.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding solution planning and investigation status.
Requirements
- MSc in Computer Sciences or an equivalent degree.
- Background in software engineering or Unix/Linux system administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
- Strong logical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.
