What you will do

  • Ensure hirify.global software runs smoothly on all products to increase availability and uptime.
  • Perform software actions including installations and upgrades on lithography machines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues on-site.
  • Develop structural solutions to software problems from a service organization perspective.
  • Collaborate with development and engineering departments for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding solution planning and investigation status.

Requirements

  • MSc in Computer Sciences or an equivalent degree.
  • Background in software engineering or Unix/Linux system administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
  • Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
  • Strong logical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.
