What you will do

• Coordinate the implementation of the performance, knowledge, and learning framework.
• Manage and maintain the hirify.global Programme Accountability and Learning (OPAL) system.
• Conduct gender-sensitive monitoring and evaluation activities for programmes and campaigns.
• Build the capacity of partners in MEAL systems, data analytics, and programme quality.
• Develop and implement feedback mechanisms for communities and beneficiaries.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support evidence-based reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, programme quality, and MEAL systems.
• First degree in Social Science, Planning, Project Management, Statistics, or Development Studies.
• Proven ability to use data analytics tools such as NVIVO and SPSS.
• Strong understanding of gender-sensitive MEAL design and social accountability.
• Ability to travel to remote programmatic sites within Ghana and periodically abroad.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English.

• Experience in coaching, advising, and mentoring partners on MEAL and programme quality.
