What you will do
- Provide technical support for Microsoft CSP services including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
- Perform break-fix troubleshooting and resolve subscription or invoicing issues.
- Manage the full lifecycle of incidents from initial report to resolution.
- Support product provisioning, activation, and partner enablement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues through Microsoft support channels.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in Greek and English is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft CSP ecosystem.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work off-hours and weekends for support calls.
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator or Dynamics 365.
- Experience with CSP billing, Partner Center, and GDAP models.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
