Regional Trainer (Hospitality)

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain with frequent regional travel.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging onboarding and training sessions in-person and virtually across Iberia.
• Coach leaders on the floor to provide real-time feedback and embed learning into daily operations.
• Partner with GMs and People teams to identify development needs and support succession planning.
• Localize and co-create learning content to reflect regional culture and operational standards.
• Coordinate local training partners and develop in-house trainers to scale impact.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data, guest feedback, and audits.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Eligible to work in Spain.
• Solid experience in hospitality operations (4*/5* lifestyle brands).
• Proven experience in delivering and facilitating training programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a coaching mindset.
• Digitally savvy with experience using LMS platforms.
