What you will do

• Define and drive AI strategy aligned with business objectives and identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Architect scalable, high-performance multi-agent AI systems using MCP for shared context and secure communication.
• Design A2A collaboration frameworks for autonomous coordination across cloud, edge, and on-prem deployments.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects from conceptualization to deployment and optimization.
• Integrate LLMs and agent frameworks into enterprise ecosystems, ensuring modularity and observability.
• Evaluate and implement MLOps practices to streamline AI workflows and model management.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and development.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale AI projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Java, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Semantic Kernel.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployments involving on-premise GPUs.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL processes, and distributed technologies like Spark, Ray, or Kafka.
