What you will do

• Manage the "Equipment & Packages Engineering" work package, including Balance of Plant and Water Steam Cycle components.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation for internal departments (purchasing, construction) and external partners.
• Take full ownership of dedicated purchasing lots and engineering deliverables regarding timing, quality, and budget.
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team comprising Mechanical, Process, and Arrangement Engineers.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers, monitor progress, and coordinate resources across various countries.
• Ensure all sub-project objectives are achieved within the specified financial and quality constraints.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering (FH/ETH).
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong mechanical and process knowledge, preferably with experience in industrial plant construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bratislava, Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German or other additional languages.
