Location: Bratislava, Slovakia (Hybrid: home office possible 2 days a week)

What you will do
- Manage the "Equipment & Packages Engineering" work package, including Balance of Plant and Water Steam Cycle components.
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation for internal departments (purchasing, construction) and external partners.
- Take full ownership of dedicated purchasing lots and engineering deliverables regarding timing, quality, and budget.
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team comprising Mechanical, Process, and Arrangement Engineers.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers, monitor progress, and coordinate resources across various countries.
- Ensure all sub-project objectives are achieved within the specified financial and quality constraints.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering (FH/ETH).
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Strong mechanical and process knowledge, preferably with experience in industrial plant construction.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be based in or able to work from Bratislava, Slovakia.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German or other additional languages.
