What you will do

• Manage the “Equipment & Packages Engineering” work package, including Balance of Plant and Water Steam Cycle.
• Prepare engineering documentation for internal stakeholders and external partners, clients, and subcontractors.
• Lead a team of Mechanical, Process, and Arrangement Engineers, ensuring functional scope delivery.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers, monitor progress, and plan team resources.
• Ensure the achievement of sub-project objectives regarding time, quality, and financial aspects.

Requirements

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering (FH/ETH).
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong mechanical and process knowledge, preferably in industrial plant construction.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or other languages.
