Location: Hybrid (Bratislava, Slovakia). Home office possible 2 days a week.

What you will do

• Lead the Layout & Piping project engineering team to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
• Integrate all layout activities across multi-location teams and drive technical execution of piping and valves work packages.
• Prepare comprehensive plant layout concepts covering process engineering, construction, electrical, instrumentation, and logistics.
• Manage information exchange frameworks with customers, consortium partners, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate civil engineering, fire protection planning, traffic management, and maintenance concepts for the entire plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience designing complex plant layouts.
• Strong project execution background including steel structure, electrical layout, and civil engineering.
• Proficiency in E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Practical knowledge of BIM methodology for large-scale plant projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
