TL;DR

Supplier Quality Expeditor (Plant Construction): Ensuring supplier performance, quality compliance, and on-time delivery for international plant construction projects with an accent on material traceability and welding supervision. Location: Levice, Slovakia (Hybrid: Home office possible 2 days a week)

Salary: 2-300 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Track supplier progress against key milestones to ensure time and quality commitments are met from PO to delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections, verify material traceability, and supervise welding activities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with ITPs, QCPs, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Plan desk and field expediting, allocate inspection resources, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships and identify potential delays early to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare progress updates and verify inspection reports and certifications using project management tools.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • NDT qualification (VT, PT, RT Level 2 minimum) and welding certification (IWE/EWE minimum).
  • Background in plant construction (boiler, steel, apparatus, or pipeline) with knowledge of coating.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and apply international codes such as EN-ISO, ASME-IX, and PED.
  • Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015).
  • English: B2 minimum.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%.
