What you will do

• Manage the full buying cycle, including searching for sources/offers, testing, optimization, and scaling.
• Lead buying and bizdev teams, overseeing hiring, development, and KPI monitoring (ROI, profit, spend).
• Develop short-term and long-term CPA strategies to identify new growth points in GEOs, sources, and verticals.
• Build and maintain a hypothesis testing system and monitor financial flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Direct Traffic, RTB, and Direct Demand departments to improve product development.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in media buying, CPA, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience with advertising formats: popunder, in-page, push, and in-app.
• Deep understanding of key metrics: ROI, CR, EPC, and CPA.
• Proficiency with trackers, analytics, BI tools, and anti-fraud traffic quality management.
• Proven experience managing teams of 5+ employees.
