What you will do

• Identify and engage potential partners within the developer community to build a strong partnership pipeline.
• Plan and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives.
• Manage programs from initial concept through completion, tracking goals and measuring outcomes.
• Support translation and localization efforts to make resources accessible to global audiences.
• Apply knowledge of hirify.global moderation rules and guidelines to maintain community standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and improve team workflows.

Requirements

• Physically located in Malaysia.
• Fluency in both English and Malay.
• Strong understanding of hirify.global and its developer community.
• Clean hirify.global moderation history.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Early career professional or recent graduate.
