Location: Physically located in Malaysia. Hybrid setup: onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; optional presence on Monday and Friday.

What you will do
- Identify and engage potential partners within the developer community to build a strong partnership pipeline.
- Plan and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives.
- Manage programs from initial concept through completion, tracking goals and measuring outcomes.
- Support translation and localization efforts to make resources accessible to global audiences.
- Apply knowledge of moderation rules and guidelines to maintain community standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and improve team workflows.
Requirements
- Physically located in Malaysia.
- Fluency in both English and Malay.
- Strong understanding of and its developer community.
- Clean moderation history.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Early career professional or recent graduate.

- Experience with gaming communities, game jams, or virtual/hybrid event planning.
