What you will do

• Roll out hirify.global across strategic engineering organizations and configure production environments.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows to accelerate developer adoption.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical working sessions with engineering leadership and executives.
• Translate product usage into measurable engineering impact, such as faster iteration cycles and improved quality.
• Coordinate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to unblock customer progress.
• Provide structured feedback from strategic customers to shape new product capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or developer tooling.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Deep understanding of SDLC tooling, CI/CD systems, and enterprise engineering governance.
• Ability to work hands-on with engineering teams while operating strategically with leadership.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
