What you will do

• Act as the Non-Clinical representative to global project Core Teams, driving project strategy in early research and candidate development.
• Influence pipeline decisions as a core member of the Therapeutic Area Global Pipeline Strategy Team.
• Lead cross-functional teams collaborating with clinical, CMC, and business development functions.
• Supervise multiple research teams and implement state-of-the-art techniques and technologies.
• Contribute to business development and competitive evaluations leveraging knowledge of diseases and modalities.

Requirements

• PhD or Master of Science degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience.
• Broad knowledge of biologics drug development, including ATMPs.
• Strong foundation in general biochemistry, molecular biology, and cellular biology.
• Hands-on experience in animal disease model generation, biopharmaceutical candidate production, and characterization.
• Significant experience leading non-clinical research project teams and strategic decision-making at a global level.
