What you will do

• Lead the design team's workflow, including schedule and delivery management.
• Develop UI/UX designs for the GNJOY Portal and various game websites.
• Execute projects focused on web service improvement and user experience enhancement.
• Build brand identity-based web design guides and comprehensive design systems.
• Create operational designs for online promotions, banners, and other marketing assets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proven experience in responsive UI/UX design for web and mobile web services.
• Ability to collaborate with planning and development teams using design logic and rationale.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Seoul office.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI design tools to practical professional work.
• Previous experience building or redesigning game services and branded websites.
• Experience in creating component guides and design systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS structures and experience collaborating with publishers.
