TL;DR

Executive Producer (Gamedev): Leading the production of a major zoo simulation sequel and a new unannounced title with an accent on strategic leadership, budget management, and multi-discipline team coordination. Location: Full in-studio or Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the studio) in Cambridge, UK. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership across the development process to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with the Game Director and discipline leads to execute the creative vision.
• Mentor the production team and oversee resource allocation in an inclusive environment.
• Manage project budgets and proactively mitigate development risks.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and align goals with company objectives.
• Optimize production processes and contribute to departmental standards.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a production role with a track record of delivering multiple games.
• Deep understanding of game development processes from concept to launch.
• Expertise in project management, ensuring high-quality results within budget and timelines.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic problem-solving and decisive leadership abilities.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Cambridge, UK for onsite/hybrid work.
