What you will do

  • Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment at customer sites according to specifications.
  • Diagnose technical issues and perform timely repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide on-site support and deliver training to customers on equipment usage and care.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and repairs.
  • Monitor inventory of parts, tools, and equipment, tracking stock movement.
  • Ensure facility upkeep and compliance with safety and security standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent IT qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in onsite support and repairs of PCs, printers, or airport services equipment.
  • Proven experience dealing directly with external customers to meet contractual service levels.
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with local and global teams.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITF+, or Network+.
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction or General Industry Certification.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate.
  • Prior experience within the airport or airline industry.
