Location: Must be based in Samoa (Home-based with in-country inputs and travel required).

What you will do

• Develop campaign branding, creative concepts, and visual templates.
• Produce public awareness materials including posters, flyers, and digital content.
• Manage social media and digital awareness content development.
• Conduct photography and visual storytelling during rollout activities.
• Support community mobilization efforts for villages, churches, and districts.
• Provide rapid operational communications support to the MFSA team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Samoa with the ability to perform in-country work.
• Proven experience in communications, public awareness, or creative content support.
• Strong graphic design skills for both print and digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, culturally appropriate messages.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Ability to communicate in Samoan.
• Tertiary qualification in Communications, Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience with national or large-scale public information campaigns.
• Demonstrated understanding of Samoan cultural and community contexts.
