What you will do

• Plan and execute co-development and external content production for AAA projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Forecast development needs, manage budgets, and handle long-term resource planning.
• Identify production risks and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues proactively.
• Optimize external development processes and workflows for better team collaboration.
• Support partner onboarding, contracts, and information security processes in collaboration with Sony teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading External Development, Outsourcing, or Production within AAA game development.
• Proven track record of managing external partners and building long-term professional relationships.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines and production methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets and making strategic financial decisions.
• Successful shipment of at least one AAA PC or console title.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Helsinki, Finland.
