• Design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions aligned with technical requirements.
• Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories within an Agile/Waterfall framework.
• Proactively propose code refactoring and optimization improvements based on industry best practices.
• Maintain high-quality standards by sharing knowledge and conducting technical talks.
• Support and mentor less experienced developers through training and task distribution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React
• 2+ years of experience with .NET
• Experience with Azure environment and REST API
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required
• Must be based in Poland or Croatia
