What you will do

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements from senior stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and solution requirements.
• Define requirements for structured and unstructured data ingestion and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, UX/UI designers, and data engineers to shape solution designs.
• Support the definition of AI-driven use cases and decision-making workflows.
• Manage backlog prioritization and facilitate workshops to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Hands-on experience with user story mapping, backlog management, and requirements prioritization.
• Experience modeling business processes using BPMN and process improvement methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product delivery practices.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defining acceptance criteria.

• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and intelligent applications.
• Experience defining and documenting UX/UI requirements.
