What you will do

• Process authority requests and draft official replies.
• Gather and input data for security reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with department managers to prepare visual aids and documentation.
• Maintain and organize departmental records and filing systems.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance professional knowledge.
• Handle ad-hoc operational tasks as directed by the Security Department.

Requirements

• English fluency required.
• Must be an active student at a Hungarian university for at least 1 more year.
• Must be graduating within 2 years.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week onsite in Budapest.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the aviation industry.
