What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end reconciliation processes between the platform, merchants, and acquirers.
• Define reconciliation methodology, matching logic, and operational controls.
• Build and optimize reconciliation workflows, including automation and reporting structures.
• Lead investigations into complex discrepancies, settlement breaks, and balance mismatches.
• Establish monitoring for merchant balances, fees, chargebacks, and settlements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Product, and IT teams to improve infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or financial operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of the payment processing lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks).
• Experience building or scaling reconciliation processes and controls from scratch.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large financial datasets.
• Practical experience with reconciliation automation and provider integrations.
• English: B2 required; Russian: C1 required.
• Previous experience in fintech.
