What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise cloud architectures aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead customer workshops and stakeholder engagements to define scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.
• Plan and execute on-premises-to-cloud, cloud-to-cloud, and greenfield migration and modernization initiatives.
• Define integration architectures across applications, data, and platforms using APIs, microservices, containers, and cloud technologies.
• Analyze application landscapes, identify risks and opportunities, and create cloud roadmaps and solution architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while ensuring security, compliance, governance, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work full-time in Japan.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese, written and spoken.
• English communication skills appropriate to the role.
• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Azure solutions across compute, networking, identity, storage, and databases.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, migration, modernization, security, Zero Trust, identity management, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates, plus familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, microservices, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
