What you will do

• Develop and execute institutional engagement strategies to support business goals regarding public access, subsidies, and procurement.
• Represent the company before government authorities and public institutions to ensure visibility and credibility.
• Foster strategic partnerships with municipalities and ministries to unlock access to public spaces and funding mechanisms.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise internal stakeholders on their operational impact.
• Build and maintain a robust institutional network at local, regional, and national levels.
• Create briefings, policy position papers, and institutional presentations for various stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or business development.
• Proven track record of building trust-based relationships with public sector stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of institutional and regulatory environments.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Ability to work from the Munich office (Hybrid).
