Location: Must be based in Aarhus, Denmark. Candidates must have lived in a NATO or EU country for the past seven years and be able to present a clean criminal record for security clearance.

What you will do

• Analyse, implement, and evaluate new training courses using the ADDIE model.
• Develop and maintain Subject Training Plans for the Defence Standard Training Catalogue.
• Create and execute collective training programmes and exercise scenarios.
• Advise the team on operational accuracy for training materials.
• Support exercise planning and provide guidance on C2 workflows and military doctrine.

Requirements

• Military background at officer level, preferably with experience at battalion or brigade level.
• Strong experience in exercise planning and training development.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with SitaWare or similar C2 tools.
• Must have lived in a NATO or EU country for the past seven years.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and present a clean criminal record.
