What you will do

  • Own CRM data quality and design the post-sales customer journey within HubSpot.
  • Design and maintain customer health scores and segmentation rules to power enablement automation.
  • Build automated reporting for Team Leads and C-level executives, including retention and churn analysis.
  • Support Sales, Product, and Finance teams by providing necessary data extracts and insights.
  • Automate operational workflows using integration tools like Zapier and Make, as well as AI-powered productivity tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building post-sales processes in a CRM from scratch (onboarding, renewal tracking, churn-risk flagging).
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, including custom properties, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in SQL or equivalent data query skills for extracting and analyzing customer data.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, churn rate, expansion revenue, and NPS.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and EU data governance regulations.

Nice to have

  • CRM platform administration certification (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Experience with subscription billing systems like Stripe.
  • Experience implementing or migrating CRM platforms.
