What you will do

• Collaborate with senior consultants to research and build comprehensive marketing strategy deliverables.
• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other channels.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and recommend actionable course-corrections.
• Support day-to-day client relationship management, including meeting preparation and reporting.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and explore emerging AI tools for marketing productivity.
• Develop expertise across demand generation, CRM, and conversion rate optimization.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in B2B or digital marketing.
• Fluent English (C1 minimum) required for client communication and internal collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with paid social, paid search, or marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in creating structured, professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bratislava for a full-time hybrid role.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B agency or consultancy environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in German.
• Interest in growth hacking, RevOps, or demand generation.
