What you will do

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initial planning to high-quality handover to the customer and service teams.
  • Control project costs, materials, and inventory to prevent losses and ensure financial results are met.
  • Coordinate with factories and stakeholders for order placement, price adjustments, and post-sale negotiations.
  • Negotiate sub-contractor scopes, terms, and rates, including certifying bills and instigating purchase orders.
  • Develop and implement project-specific safety, quality, labor, and logistics plans.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members while ensuring strict adherence to company safety and compliance rules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of technical experience within the elevator industry.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, project management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is considered a significant advantage.
  • Must be based in Cairo, Egypt.
