What you will do

• Work as a technical designer, preparing and optimizing visual game assets.
• Slice assets and create texture atlases.
• Generate bitmap fonts and prepare assets for localization.
• Optimize assets for performance across various platforms.
• Identify and fix defects in existing visual assets.
• Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts within the team.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a designer or similar role.
• Strong Photoshop skills and a solid understanding of composition principles.
• Deep understanding of different image formats and their application.
• Ability to estimate tasks realistically and manage routine work with accuracy.
• English: Intermediate (B1) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Texture Packer or ShoeBox.
• Relevant Photoshop certifications or design courses.
