What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across gaming products and customer-facing functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Global People & Culture partners to define talent needs and provide guidance.
• Actively source candidates to build and maintain a robust pipeline of top talent.
• Promote and support DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) initiatives within the company.
• Contribute to employer branding and learning & development programs.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with global and local talent acquisition policies.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the technology sector.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong networking and communication skills to attract top-tier talent.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia.
