Location: Based in Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid: up to 20% remote)

What you will do

  • Coordinate recruitment processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Manage administrative tasks for pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Oversee employee records, movements, and benefits including leave and insurance.
  • Calculate overtime and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Organize training and handle submissions to the Department of Skill Development.
  • Manage work permits, Non-B visas, and local legal reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in people-related processes and operations.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Thai.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.
