What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of level designers, including permanent staff, interns, and contractors.
• Collaborate with content producers and data teams to meet weekly live content goals.
• Define clear frameworks for difficulty curves and power-up systems to ensure design precision.
• Craft and iterate on levels to deeply understand tools and improve production workflows.
• Analyze daily player data to optimize level design, player experience, and monetization.
• Create mitigation plans for content shortages to ensure a steady stream of fresh levels.

Requirements

• Extensive level design experience with several years of experience supporting and guiding a team.
• Proven track record of releasing frequent content updates for at least 2 free-to-play (F2P) live games.
• Ability to translate player behavior signals and data insights into cooperative design choices.
• Strong proactive communication skills and ability to handle design challenges without clear precedents.
• CV must be submitted in English
