What you will do

• Plan and execute system proving activities, including test plans and procedures in field and lab environments.
• Define test approaches, methods, and acceptance criteria to verify system performance and compliance.
• Perform hands-on configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of hardware and software during testing.
• Investigate test results to identify root causes and collaborate with engineers on effective solutions.
• Analyze data and produce clear reports to drive continuous system and test method improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support testing, reviews, and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in testing, trials, integration, verification, or systems engineering within complex engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation and system configurations in both laboratory and field settings.
• Willingness to relocate to Riga, Latvia.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
